A Friend's Kitchen
In Newari, pasa ya means "of a friend". It's how we want you to feel when you walk through our door on Irving Street.
We invite you on a culinary journey through the flavours of Nepal, centred on the rich Newari cuisine of the Kathmandu Valley: smoky grilled meats, beaten rice, lentil pancakes and pickles bright with mustard oil and timur pepper. Every dish is made from family recipes and fresh ingredients.
